All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Handmade items may require additional processing time. You will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
